Recorded members and regular attenders are invited to fill out a Membership Record in which they can include information that they would like available to the Membership & Outreach or the Worship & Pastoral Care Committee.
You can pick up a copy at the meetinghouse, or download a pdf version from the link below. Then return it to a special box in the meetinghouse library or to one of the Membership & Outreach Committee members.
Copies of individual records are kept in a locked drawer for privacy.
